- The Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities presented this day long event designed to help our communities prepare for a future where Larimer County is recognized as an innovative leader in defining livable communities for healthy aging in the 21st century.
- Summit Background
- Since the summer of 2013 the Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities has been working to engage Larimer County stakeholders in collaborative efforts to accommodate and benefit from the growing population of boomers and retired seniors. This Summit reflects the progress of these efforts and provides an opportunity for attendees to participate in the continuing design and development of a community that is a great place to grow up and grow old.
